Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of herbal and medicinal products, the following cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Products with broken seals
- Items purchased during special sales (clearance items)
- Personalized or custom-made products

- Send clear photos of the product and packaging
- Wait for return approval from our team
- Ship the product back with proper packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation of the refund
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping is FREE if the product is damaged/defective
- Customer bears return shipping cost for other reasons
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
